My wife and I decided to build a house after searching for the perfect house plan. We came across this plan and made a few modifications to it, including making the kitchen/living room/laundry room a little larger, adding a deck, and adding trayed ceilings instead of vaulted ones. Some of our favorite features are the large kitchen, master bath and master bedroom. IT is great. We love it!!!!!

We wanted to get a head start on our growing family by selling our current 1800 sqft home and building a new 3000 sqft home. Little did we know that our family would be growing immediately! We had plans to use the front office/study as a craft room, but when we got news of our new baby, we immediately had the perfect spot close to the master suite for the new baby room. We are able to put our 4 and 2 year old upstairs with their ever growing toy collection and still invite guests to stay with us on occasion.The spacious attic space will allow us to organize and store our keepsakes and other items for many many years to come.
