The home turned out beautifully!
The home turned out beautifully! I would like to thank you and your staff for the tremendous help they gave me when I first started this project. Future homes that I may build will be from your plans!
We had a great experience BOTH times that we purchased with this designer...
This was our second house plan purchased from this designer. We had a great experience both times that we purchased. The first house we built was a spec house to sell and it sold before we were even finished building! The floor plans are great with minimal wasted space. We have just purchased the second house plans and are so excited to start building as this will be for us! Stephen was great and answered all of my questions and gave great suggestions on things we could do! Thanks!
Just wanted to let you know this house is awesome!
I just wanted to say that my husband and I purchased this house plan a year and a half ago. We are finally moved in - and we love it a lot. It is an excellent house plan with an awesome great room.
The cathedral ceiling really makes the great room. We decided not to build the book shelves on each side of the entertainment center, but it gives great spacious appeal. We also bricked our home using white brick with burgundy shutters. We have had great compliments with our house. Just wanted to let you know this house is awesome!

Beautiful classic traditional with a european touch. Vaulted ceilings in Master bedroom and trayed ceiling in great room make the house feel really larger than it is. Open plan with split bedroom arrangement. Gas logs or conventional fireplace. Great master suite. Grilling porch on rear. Raised bar in kitchen. A great house for the size it is!

So far it has been the best thing I've ever done...
I had a chance to get something that I wanted, so I took it, and so far it has been the best thing I've ever done. It took us two years of planning, my wife and i must have gone over 3,000 house plans before we found the perfect plan. We just "had to love it" because this house was going to be the first and last house we build. Some of my favorite features in the home include the big windows in the front of the house, the big garage, and the wonderful living room. I started building my home on January 8th, 2009, right around the time when I left for Iraq for the 2nd time. It took me a long time to get all of the paper work in line, just due to being in iraq, and well as you can guess, building a house was not fun from 6,000 miles away but my wife was up to the challenge. I did a lot of the building myself on R&R's from Iraq, just to save on some money and to be able to say that I helped build my home. The house is not yet done, but we should be moving into the house in about 6 weeks when i get back from Iraq, and my family can't wait for it. Building this house really brought my family together and we've become much closer. I have recommended this designer to some friends, who have also got plans from them, and will be starting to build soon. I will recommend the guys at this site to anyone that wants to build their dream home....
With your willingness to provide the customer with exactly what they want, at a price that is unbeatable, how could we go wrong?
It's been a pleasure working with you. We appreciate how smoothly this whole process has gone. I must admit we were a little apprehensive at first to order our plans online, but with your willingness to provide the customer with exactly what they want, at a price that is unbeatable, how could we go wrong. This company is truly a first rate business and we will definitely be spreading the word to friends and family who might need building plans in the future. Thank you again for all that you have done for us. We look forward to receiving the plans and can't wait to turn our dream into a reality.
There's no wasted space in the floorplan, and it's perfectly suited for the lot we own...
After looking at hundreds of designs on the internet, we found a design we loved. The blueprints arrived in excellent condition and on time. Our builder was also pleased with the complete details included. Although we've not yet built the home, we look forward to making this place our retirement home. There's no wasted space in the floorplan, and it's perfectly suited for the lot we own. We would definitely recommend this designer to anyone looking to build a new home.

The house that we were renting was sold, and in the process of looking for a pre-built home to buy, we couldn't find anything we liked. We then decided to build a new one. My husband and I, along with family and friends, have built this home from the ground up. It has taken a lot longer than we anticipated, but this is one family project we will never forget. I love everything about the house. The bedrooms are all a nice size. The kitchen is great and has turned out to be my favorite part of the house. After deciding to build the house, we built the shell of the home out of beetle kill pine logs. Since our family business is logging, it seemed like the most economical thing to do. After picking out and measuring every single log, we peeled them by hand. My husband and my father then carved every notch with a chainsaw or by hand. After several months the shell was complete. We then finished the roof and the internal walls with regular framing materials. Almost all of the finishing lumber inside the house came from my uncle's sawmill. My husband is making all cupboards and vanities out of the beetle kill pine. This is also a very long process, but they look great with the rest of the house. The house is not quite done yet. We started building in May of 2009 and will be complete by May of 2010. This sounds like a long time, but since we only work one to two days a week on it, but I think we are making good progress. We're very happy with the way our home is turning out and would DEFINITELY recommend this designer to anyone...
